Waxing/cleaning the outside.
What's the best wax/cleaner for the exterior to bring the new look back if possible? Thanks

and no matter what the OP does, it will require work in the prep - getting rid of the oxidation. If not to bad, lots of scrubbing with Bar Keepers Friend or Bon Ami. It if is lots of oxidation, I think buffing will be required. Once you get rid of the oxidation, a good hard marine wax or the Zep acrylic floor finish would do the trick.
