When all else failed, JD was my go to guy. Having exchanged many PM's with him, I too became friends with a man I never met. His knowledge and common sense approach and kind manor was extended to me beyond repairing my coach. He offered advice and kind words that helped me in other aspects of my life. I had hoped to someday meet him in person but that was not to be. He will be missed and his advice and knowledge will remain with me for my lifetime.
