Weak Chassis AC

I see all sorts of threads on coach AC issues, but little on chassis (Freightliner XC in particular). The air flow out the dash vents is OK, but AC is barely cooler than Vent. Suggestions on where to start looking?

BTW – the heat isn’t all that strong either, but it does work.

    You can go to any local parts store and get a recharge kit for around $40. These kits will also fix very small leaks. Easy to use and are a good first shot. If you have say a bad evaporator it's a $1,000 fix at least. Had dodge diesel with the evap/slow leak problem $40. Every summer made more sense than $1,000
