We bought a used RV that the owner replaced a window upside down (weep holes on the top). Needless to say, I had to turn the window around, weep holes down, and repair a waterlogged inside wall. Without weep holes, water build up in the frame will overflow and possibly migrate to the interior of the RV. Never had a problem after I changed the window.
