Thanks for all the replies. It seems to be in the ball park for most. The thing that gets me is they charge the whole hour even if it takes 10 minutes. Was told this by the service write up. Used to be at car dealers they would cut some slack if done quicker. But I think the quality of good mechanics and techs has gone down over the years, and these RV dealers end up doing the work over many times. End result is it costs us more.
This I know for a fact, as we've gotten our RV's back damaged, done wrong, or not done at all. Sometimes the screw up cost them more to fix than the original reason for bringing it to them. They lost money a few times with us. Not to mention Having your rig in their shop for weeks upon end waiting. Because they stack up appointments. Even if we've made one, it'll sit for a week before they even start.
Some of the things I've seen happen at General RV's lot to people's rigs and new rigs would leave you shaking your head. The high cost IMHO is because they have way too many idiots working for them.
