- BlueMaxOhioExplorerAh, the Winnebago windshield rust strikes again. Good luck with your rust and leaks.
- jsmartExplorerHad to fix a windshield leak on our Itasca 2002 32V, peeled the top rubber strip from the grove it sits in, removed the old caulk and scraped off the rust that showed. re-caulked the area with a windshield silicone and put the rubber strip back up. It rained like a SOB the next day with no leaks, so maybe it's gonna be ok for this winter. also hooked up our new toad (2014 Ford C-Max SE Hybrid) with the blue ox base plate, the blue ox aladdin tow bar, the blue ox car shield and the blue ox wiring. (I swear I don't work for blue ox). I miss the old wrangler, but this new hook up is sweet and takes about half the time, (plus I can do it myself while DW does other stuff). Camp On!!
- supermod38ExplorerFinally got my rubber roof installed, two days removing old one and two days plus installing the new one.
thanks to this site for all the info I needed to do this crazy job.!! and thanks to E-Bay for the great price ($35.00) on the roof material.!! the glue cost more than my roof. just glad it is done...:B - time_to_go_nowExplorer

Dang! That is like 40 hours worth of work! Nicely done. - falconbrotherExplorer IIChanged all oil and filters. Serviced tires. Re-coated roof. Welded some broken and cracked generator tray rails. - ctpresExplorerTook it in yesterday for some left-over purchase punch list work. CW gets more than it's share of bad stories and I am pleased to report that we got great service from all involved.
- happy-2ExplorerRemoved the boat anchor TV in the overhead and installed a 32 in flatscreen.hooked up the sat.and surround sound.and had a glass of wine and watched some tv. I love it when it all comes together.

- BigdogExplorerTook the MH in the other day to have the new icemaker solenoid installed and they found that there was serious ice in the freezer,so they adjusted the freezer and it was working ok. Loaded the MH saturday for my trip to Portland and when I got to the RV park here found that the fridge was at 62 degrees and the freezer was at 42. Pulled out what was in there and put it underneath and it's staying pretty cold as it got down to 20 something last night and only up to 41 today.
Ran great coming down here and most of the way it was at 61-62 mph in cruise, but it just doesn't like to climb hills with the toad on the back. - EncoreExplorerThis weekend I resealed all roof seams with EternaBond tape without any help. Both the front and rear caps as well as the full middle seam which was almost 50 feet.
Although I used knee pads, I can hardly walk today… I’m 74 and feel it after this job!
