Well, Wednesday, I finished hanging and sizing all the blinds, Nana has curtains being sized/hemmed. Finished the bathroom walls and caulked the seams, hung the medicine cabinet, towel racks, tp holder, and installed the new shower hose and fixtures. REMOVED ALL TOOLS (yaaayyy,, im done inside) and put away, vacuumed everything, and then,,,,,,,the unenviable task of dumping the black tank,, went to Love's Travel mart, paid the 5 bucks, got ready to dump the tank, and crap, the valve handle came out of the gate valve,, wont open.........this is not going to be pretty from here on out...
Ive bought a new gate valve, now have to find someplace in an open field to take out the bolts (clamp the things first to hold in place) and hopefully get into a position, to hit it with a hammer and knock it off, without getting the contents all over me.. lol shouldnt be anything in the tank, but fluid,, not sure how long it set before I bought the RV.. Ive ran the toilet, to test after putting in new toilet. and it still has the winterization fluids, and some sanitation treatment, that I DID put in.. figure if I can find a field and get it done, and no farm animals around, or streams, should be okay.. dont know any other option, and certainly cant do it here in my HOA housing complex. besides,, wouldnt want it going into my lake,, lol
Im thinking, this may be like Robin Williams, in the movie RV,,,,,,,like I said, this isnt going to be pretty..
may fire up the genny today too, and test the a/c, I know it works off the shore power, just to make sure the generator is working as suppose to..
Enjoy your weekend,, If I can scrounge up 40 dollars, I may take it for a test camping weekend.. lol
