Good news. I have something to report!

NOW, where to go? Seems like most places in Colo I want to go. Have a fire nearby! Oh well, maybe it'll get rid of some of the Beatle Kill trees. Maybe we'll head for the Flattops.
Life is good.
Have you been on Highway 12 Highway of Legends? Several great camping areas our favorite is Bear Lake near Cuchara. http://takearoadtrip.com/hwy-legends.html
Only been to the one just west of Trinidad, nice CG. Must admit I was underwhelmed by the pay to shower amenities, however.
Little concerned about the smoke from the NM fires as well. Got smoked out in the Arkansas River Valley @ Nathrop over Memorial day weekend, and that's straight west of Colo Springs. Couldn't even see Mt Princeton from my front porch in the morning and again in the evening. Tough breathing as well. The whole state is on 'Burn Ban' now as well. Although the latest one was supposedly started by someone shooting a propane tank. Oh boy, I Dots are abundant. Must have been using tracer, I'm guessing.
Anybody know if Wyoming is on fire or not? I haven't heard of any on the news here in Denver, but that's not necessarily the whole story either.
