The zoning code says it has to be behind or beside my house and screened from the neighbor's view. My 8 closest neighbors prefer it in the driveway because we all have second story decks on our house and is very visable from them whether it is in the backtard or frontyard. The funny part is that when I asked the town's compliance officer what would be my consequences if I didn't comply with their notice,he couldn't give me a clear answer. If the town doesn't take action against the 11 other owners that have yet to comply, I'll probably move it back to the driveway.
