I needed the kind that mount flat with the magnets on the surface and nobody seems to carry them. When I can find them at an RV supplier, they want something like $6 each. I had to order them from a direct supplier off of ebay in a quantity of 25 to get a decent price. Now I have a boatload of spares.
They have two ears and are screwed in. They also came with 3 different striker plates.
