Discovered mine had very deep rim checks in ALL 6 tires....and they are all coded 11 years old! despite having only 34000 miles, the tread was GREAT....so......$1200 later.....gotta admit, it really DOES ride a lot better....
SOMEONE had obviously changed the more exposed & usually worse outer duals, both now on the inside where less visible. Careful inspection pointed out by my home-town dealer about made me fall over.....worst case of rim cracks I'd ever seen, at least on a tire that superficially looked fine..............
