'took it to the dealer to fix the leak/mold over bunk problem along with a few other minor issues
last week got rv back from dealer; 'guess we'll find out after a few good wet days if problem was fixed. acc. to dealer they replaced the right front window & replaced bunk flooring...time will tell... - johnbhicksExplorerUsed my handy dandy new digital tire guage to see that I need to blow up the tires a little before heading out this weekend. While the Hawkshead TPMS is great for what it is, when I'm parked it retains its last reading until the tires spin and the sensors activate rendering it useless for reading pressures while parked.
Believe it or not, in my roughly 40 years of driving I've never had a blowout or even a flat. I can only attribute that to my ridiculously anal urge to check the tires.
Aside from tires, I secured the sat radio antenna wire to the ceiling with white tape and noted that I _still_ have water leaking _out_ of the cabover. If it'll ever stop raining I'll continue gooping and Eternabonding the seams and get to rebuilding.
So I accomplised something. I found that the tires were low and I taped up a wire.... - Mammoth-SnowmanExplorerShoveled off the white stuff. Time for a Bishop run...
- woodworker414ExplorerTook the C out and topped off the LP and the gas tank, then off to the grocery store to stock up before the snow gets, the C needed to be runned a little and beside I needed a fix, miss being out in the C. Ran the gen for a while to give a good excirse.

Fixed a chip in my windshield that I got on my last trip.
I didn't feel like hauling the RV down to Novus and paying the $$$. So I got a do-it-yourself chip repair kit for $10. I'm really pleased with the result which was just as good as Novus. I then fixed 2 chips in my CRV tow vehicle with the same kit.
You might check your insurance policy to see if they cover 100% for chips (my policy does). Usually you can call a mobile repair and they come to you and do the work and bill your insurance company.
If you insist on a replacement of the windshield, they you usually have to pay for the deductible.
State Farm stopped covering chip repair this year. - Pokey2ExplorerCongrats Ken.:B

Chris - KenGVR4ExplorerWell, it's technically not mine yet... but I put a deposit down on "my" Class C yesterday!
