- snowdanceExplorerHad a great trip last weekend to a quilt show in Roseburg, Or. My wife is a quilter and loves to go to them. Then on the Hi-Way Haven in Sutherland, Or. Its an old Drive in Theater thats still working but now an RV Park where we parked up front with full hookups and watched 7 Brides for 7 Brothers, a great 1954 movie. Motorhome is lots better to go to the drive-in than our old car was. Monday morning it was in the shop for a new intake gasket, water pump, thermostat, radiator hoses ect. Got it back yesterday. Guy did a nice job and kept the inside clean. Seem to have a black water valve leaking. Will Check that out today and hope to get away next weekend for a trip to ??? Who cares just so we are on the road.

- Navy_SmokerExplorerIt's been a busy three days. I've de-winterized it, checked that all the appliances and mechanical systems are working, washed it and started going through every drawer and storage area to see what I haven't used in the last two years with an eye to removing unneeded weight. Tomorrow I'll remount the tow-bar and verify that the toad electrical connections are working.
- deputysheriffExplorerThe first thing I did today is figure out why my cruise control isn't working. Before that first thing, I had to find the fuse panel, which I was finally able to locate. I checked the fuse and it was just fine. While I was checking the fuse, a little voice was telling me, "WASH ME, WASH ME." So I washed the Conquest.
- OldRadiosExplorer83 degrees here today so I decided to do a little work on the C to avoid having to do yard work.
Installed a new Oxygenics shower head in prep of de-winterizing the RV next week. With the raised skylight in the shower and the adjustable angle bracket on the Oxygenics I was able to mount this one higher than the original and angled a little down.
Finished adding a VESA mounting arm for more support to the new TV in the bedroom. Also found the Samsung TV has a mode that lets you compensate for the TV not being angled down so you don't get those black areas when viewing it from a downward angle at lower brightness. - trb46Explorer

My very favorite thing, to do to my class C other than using it, packing it, getting ready to use it, leaving Wednesday for 5 days near the Blue Ridge Parkway. :C

Oil change today, and six new tires courtesy of the Michelin recall.
I just realized I forgot to check my spare. I bet it was on the recall list, too.
My spare is the original spare from 2006. Unused but not on the recall. Still looks brand new and has been in the cargo hold the whole time but due to it's age I'm paying to replace that one with a new LTX M/S2 to match the others. Was told that that the spare has been shipped and should be in today or Monday. - ericsmith32ExplorerGot the covers off of the lower cushions in the dinette also pulled the cover off the coach. Gave them a good washing.. looks alot better. Now need to put it back together. Going to wrap the foam with trash bags to prevent soaking into foam from whatever the DS and DW spills. Also going to add 2+ inches of foam to the coach. Some one heavy must of set there and squashed that foam good.
