- tred0956ExplorerIn my 21qb, the shower hose was connected to the bathroom sink instead of having a tap/diverter in the tub. I bought a new non diverter tap for the sink, Tee'd the water lines and installed the tap/diverter in the tub area as it should have been in the first place. Everything sure is tight under that bath tub!
I am also in the middle of installing a back up camera, the outside work and half the inside is done, now I need to find an ignition-on live wire under the dash. It's a 2008 Chev/Workhorse chassis, anybody know off hand what color wire I am looking for, or where I can see a wiring diagram? - RambleOnNWExplorer IIRefreshing the Eva-dry 500s as the weather is moving in and humidity is up.
- GarinoExplorerJust completed my first oil change at 3500 miles on our new RV. And yesterday purchased a Nissan Frontier 4cly 5speed. Going to start looking at tow bar set up so we can bring the truck along when needed.
- Desert_CaptainExplorer IIIWe are heading over to Roper Lake SP in the morning so I have the coach parked in front of our house, frig/freezer chilling, food, clothes and toys being loaded (in full compliance with the CCR's.... but that is another thread). :B
So this was my first chance to install our new Rand McNally 7720 LM GPS. "Install" is a bigger word than the task itself. I just adjusted the reticulating arms to find the optimum angle so that my bride, aka the Navigator and I can each see the screen clearly and then just snapped down the lever that creates a vacuum seal with the windshield. Oh, I did have to actually plug it into the cigarette light outlet and "Voila" the install is complete. :B
- snowdanceExplorerDW and I put the cover on it. Sad to set here and see it covered but we did use it a lot this year and had some great trips. Come on spring..
- pianotunaNomad IIII used my insulated covers for the first time. So far results are extremely encouraging saving about 50% on electric heating energy.
- Gunner45ExplorerMissed it!! We've only had it since July but just seeing it not sitting in the driveway makes me miss it. It's at the shop getting winterized along with a hundred other RV's LOL
I tried to send our daughter out to get tuna from it the other day before I remembered it was gone - BennieHExplorerWashed and waxed it before tucking it in for the winter. Also replaced the Apollo Microwave Convection oven with a regular microwave.
- badger_ExplorerRemoving water damage from ceiling above the bed in my 1979 Robinhood.
- snowdanceExplorerDW and I got out and washed it after our week at the coast. Will try to cover it this week. Been a great summer for us. I was under the weather some of the time but DW drives it and sets it up so did not change any of our plans. We enjoy winter having lived for years in the Keys, Bahamas and North Fla. So will just hang out here and watch the deer ect in the yard.
