I tow a 2014 that was the first year of the new cherokee- they did not make it in 2013
I have towed mine 23,351 miles since 1/2/14 with no problems - never had any wobble of any kind - I have also driven it over 37,000 miles - with over 60,000 on the tires I have replaced them
