There is no air CDL brake endorsement anymore, only an air brake restriction.
Years ago there was it it's gone. You take the general knowledge test and the air brake test and the road test with a vehicle with air brakes and you get whatever class CDL. If you don't pass the air brake test or your vehicle doesn't have air brakes you get a restriction on your license.
I think there should be the same thing with a non commercial CLASS A B and c, it might save a lot of RVs from an early demise.
