IF I had to guess, those are for your Dome and Map Lights.
My Haynes E-Series manual has wiring diagrams. If you want to post the color coding of the wires in Ford's OEM harness, I may be able to find them in the manual and tell you what it says they're for.
The one by our thumbnail looks like Orange with a Red Stripe. But that "Orange" might be Tan or Brown, and I can't see enough of the other wire to make a good guess.
