What doe's it cost to store a RV

All I can get is a 30x10 spot outside by a fire hydrant for 110 a month. its a frikkin rip off but what other choices do we have? sounds like there is a nitch in the industry for someone who has capitol to invest? a chain of RV only storage facilities across the US?

$211/month for a 50-foot unit with a 14-foot roll up door in Perris (Riverside-ish), CA
Has electricity, so fridge is on and batteries charging on a Xantrex Inverter.

I pay 150 a month to store 3 trailers on a private property. My 27' TT, 18' flatdeck and my 16' mobile showroom for my business.
It is open, uncovered but nice and convenient.

Some of these rents, make my RV garage sound cheap. At what some people pay my garage would be paid for in five years. But I built it my self. That saved a few bucks!!!!!

We pay over $3,000 annually for indoor storage in San Jose. They run the vehicle every month, plug in the fridge the night before we need it, and will clean out the gray and black water tanks (for an additional fee).

You can just call around at your area. The prices will differ in different locations. The will also differ for what you want...covered vs. uncovered...and some will offer power, so you can keep the batteries on a charger.

$35 or so for non-covered. The only place I'm familiar with up there that has covered store that is big enough, would be down by Don Pedro on Highway 132. I think you're looking at about $100 a month for the covered space. I do know there is a place down in Turlock that is $200 a month for an indoor completely enclosed storage locker that is 40' by 12'. That's probably too far away for you.
