I doubt synthetic was used unless you paid much more and specified it. Standard oil is 15 40 rotella or delo . Truth is it really doesn't matter put a good 15 40 oil in it to top it off. That was the standard when your engine was made. Brand isn't a deal breaker and synthetic and dyno can blend just fine.
