What roof is on a Newmar Mountain Aire

I have used the prescribed latex caulking on the joints of my Newmar. The roof composition appears to be of fiberglass, but I am not certain. I have heard about a Brite-Tek roof, but not sure if that's it. What roofing does Newmar put on motorhomes, and what are the properties of each so that I will know what I have?

    It depends. Newmar coaches have been offered with a full fiberglass roof as an option, so that option may have been ordered. If not, the standard roof is Brite-Tek. The factory can probably confirm what roof material that you have. Brite-Tek does not look like fiberglass, so my guess is that if you think it is fiberglass it probably is.
