Be weary of any rig showing signs of exterior delamination, almost always due to some form of water intrusion. Delamination can only get worse once it begins. Tires over 4 years old showing any signs of cracking or pitting must be replaced. Well maintained tires (covered when in storage ) may be fine over 4yrs old IMHO, but anything over 8yrs should be replaced. Anything over 35k or 5 years old must have a complete tranny fluid and torque converter fluid flush. Older RV's with low miles being bad is largely a myth IMHO if properly maintained, meaning fluids changed, oil. antifreeze, break fluid, tranny fluid and well lubed chassis. Only caveat here is with older Ford break caliper pins; they tend to rust internally if not used regularly resulting in calipers seizing and wearing out the pads let alone toasting the wheel hubs with excessive heat. Other niceties: self leveling jacks, ten gal hot water heater with gas and electric. Plenty of rear end clearance as older C's tend to bottom out a lot if not modified. Good luck
