The layout is very similar to mine, and I find it works very nicely. Mine is a few feet longer, mainly in the kitchen area, which is very nice for cooking (I have usable counter space), but otherwise things are practically identical. It's quite practical and comfortable to use, I think.
This would not be a good unit if you intend to camp in freezing weather, as the tanks and plumbing are exposed underneath and not heated. There's also no awning, which may or may not be of interest to you, and no vent covers, which I would recommend adding on (they're not too expensive). It does look clean and well-kept from the pictures.
Looks like a decent deal to me. Like Iamichabod, I think this quite likely is an ex-rental, and that is not a drawback in my opinion.
