The price seems reasonable and if you can live with the floor plan,it looks like a keeper. It has a lot of storage space and that is a plus.
At least with that mileage it looks like it has been used and not sat around a lot,If it has been maintained properly and has no obvious leaks and the tires are not over 5 years old you should be good to go.
Was this by any chance a previous rental? There were a lot of that style and year in the rental market. It is not a bad thing, believe me.
Good Luck.

The layout is very similar to mine, and I find it works very nicely. Mine is a few feet longer, mainly in the kitchen area, which is very nice for cooking (I have usable counter space), but otherwise things are practically identical. It's quite practical and comfortable to use, I think.
This would not be a good unit if you intend to camp in freezing weather, as the tanks and plumbing are exposed underneath and not heated. There's also no awning, which may or may not be of interest to you, and no vent covers, which I would recommend adding on (they're not too expensive). It does look clean and well-kept from the pictures.
Looks like a decent deal to me. Like Iamichabod, I think this quite likely is an ex-rental, and that is not a drawback in my opinion.
I agree that it is probably a previous rental unit. The dealership told us that they did not know off the bat, but they sent us the car fax. Although there are no names listed, the mileage and model seem to indicate that. But, we definitely don't mind. We were actually planning on buying one from Cruise America. The price and model seems comparable, but the mileage is a bit lower than the ones that I've seen available.
DrewE, our current trailer (Outback) has an enclosed and heated under carriage (is that what it's called?). We currently camp in New Mexico, Presidents Day through Halloween. I don't think it will be an issue, but I can't say for sure.
