zman-az, so the prep and PDI fee were hidden in the doc fee? I only paid $45 and they said that was to cover the cost of their employee doing the DMV paper work and filing it. It seemed reasonable at the time. Now, forget it, NO ADDED FEES. OTD is OTD.
