For your MH, your best choice may end up being a 150cc or 250cc motor-scooter. They would be street legal.

Your hitch is most likely set up for towing 5000 lb. That makes the haul weight for carrying something around 500 lb. Check your hitch to see what it's maximum tow/haul rating actually is.
