What was the 1st year for slide rooms in Winnebago diesel motorhomes?

What year did slide rooms become available in Winnebago diesel motorhomes?

In for sale pics I see a parking brake air valve - do the diesels have air brakes or some form of hybrid system?

    The 2000 Ultimate Advantage had a slide.

    I am thinking the first year for the Vectra was 2004.
