What Would You Offer?

I am looking at the following rig and thought I would seek the experience of the group here for purchase price feedback. No price has been set although I know about what the seller would like to have. We are getting first crack as this rig is parked next to ours in the storage facility.

Unit: 2005 Winnebago Minnie M-27-L. 18K Miles. Add on's beyond the base include the U shaped dinette, front entertainment system, surround sound, leather & power driver & pax seats, & power mirrors.

It has brand new tires and brand new awnings all around. Very very clean all around. Service records included. 2 owner.

If you have purchased one like this lately, or have a feel for what you would offer I'd love to hear your opinion. I checked NADA, but its always better to hear real life RV'ers weigh in.
  • Old Radio and Mlts22, thanks for the insight....good buy on your rig Old Radio!
  • I saw a unit almost exactly with the same specs recently -- a 2005 Minnie Winnie of similar size. Seller was asking for $20,000.
  • Northeast - I just purchased a clean 2006 Fleetwood Thor 26Q C (27', no slides) E450, full queen in the back with every upgrade, new tires, full entertainment system with Digital TVs front and back, and 17,000 miles for under $30,000. Took a couple of months to find it. Almost flew south to buy one until I found this one. Was considering Fla. or Texas as that's where the prices seemed lower.
  • Ya, we have gone from an A to the TT and looking at the C. Figure this will get us to retirement when we spring for the A diesel pusher. I bought my A in Florida after looking everywhere, prices were definitely better there. Good luck!
  • Movin on up to a MH eh? :B

Each state or area is different when it comes to the selling price of an RV. I'm getting ready to sell my MH and Toad and I am here down in Florida.

After looking at the ads for RV's and cars down here.......I'm thinking of heading back up North to sell them!

There is a 'Big' difference in price what they sell for here in the South vs. up in the Midwest.

Good luck hope you get it for the price you want!
