When are you leaving and where are you going

We're not going anywhere, just winterizing the Southwind and getting ready for another Pennsylvania winter. :(

In Colorado now... heading to Oklahoma City in Oct, then Hot Springs, AR, then to Baton Rouge area, then to Florida in Jan/Feb.

Better build some slack time in if you are going across I80 in January. Some pretty good snowstorms that time of year not to mention most of the campgrounds are closed.
I assume you are going over Donner Summit on I80 from Visalia to Reno. That can be closed due to snow and can also require that you mount chains.

As for us...we leave in the beginning of January heading to Phoenix, then Dallas to see Bush's just opened presidential library, then on to New Orleans and then to Miami and Key West. No specific dates or reservations, we just ramble on.

Left MI already a couple weeks ago - taking a long way around to FL. Heading to Enid Lake MS tomorrow and will hang out there for a couple week, then to the gulf and across to FL.

Retiring in November, then next spring heading up the West Coast, across the Northern Border, south on the East Coast, and west through the Southern U.S. And we're taking many months to do it with no set itinerary. In 2015, it's north to Alaska for the whole summer.

Hope to see you too Trap. I hope to be back from SE Sask. by about the 6th of Oct.

Please tell me you are kidding. We don't need to see any white stuff this early. There is a lot of crops that the farmers still need to get off the fields first. Macktee

Leaving tomorrow, not South though. Heading to the sunny side of Wa state. Doing a solo trip this time for 10 days or so. Yakima River Canyon, Vantage on the Columbia, Quincy Lakes, Potholes and any other places that look quiet. Dry camping and boondocking, not planning on spending anything on nightly fees other than a yearly discover pass good in almost all of Washington.

Our departure date is October 21. will take 10 days meandering to Las Vegas for 1 to 2 months then we will leave for parts unknown in warm states until June 1st when we will be back home

Leaving Helena, MT 1 Oct for Nellis AFB in Las Vegas for 3 months then south to Brenda, AZ to take in high time in Q. Rain & snow today, need to get out of Dodge.
