Where do you dump your gray water?
Most campers I have looked at have the gray and black water tanks about the same size. In my experience camping I have never produced nearly as much black water as gray. If other people are this way...

When we're boondocking, I can balance the two tank levels using the third valve I installed on the main waste outlet. That usually buys us at least two or three more days before we need to dump, sometimes more.
