When we are dry camping, we practice EXTREME water conservation!
NO showers; personal hygiene can be achieved through sponge baths using half a gallon of water in the bathroom sink.
Minimal dishwashing; then the dishwater is dumped in the toilet.
Use the campground vault toilets whenever possible.
Etc.
Of course, we get used to such extreme measure real quick, because the state parks and Forest Service campgrounds around here where we dry camp usually do not have dump stations, and the campground rules (and State Law) forbid dumping RV waste water on the ground or in the vault toilets. A full tank would necessitate a trip to town.
We have gone as long as a week without dumping.
