Where do you dump your gray water?
Most campers I have looked at have the gray and black water tanks about the same size. In my experience camping I have never produced nearly as much black water as gray. If other people are this way...

I see no problem with dumping my grey water tank at any campground, as long as I butt up to a wooded area or a good deal of spacing between the next campsite. Many home gardeners will use a soap suds mixture as a natural bug spray for their planted flowers and shrubs so what's the difference? Perhaps a lil bit of body oil from the shower? In my neck of the woods, Western New York State it is legal to dump grey water as long as you are 200ft. from residential areas. Black on the other hand is nasty stuff and always always goes into the dump sanitary sewer.
