I have a 12 inch magnetic level I keep stuck on the side of the stove hood.
I level the fridge by the front of the door and the side of the fridge cabinet.
I don't worry about anything else. If the fridge is level, so is the rest of the rig, or close enough to live in.
I do, however, adjust my jacks after the fridge is level to ensure the unit isn't racked, causing a door to jam.
