Well, for something as important as sealing a roof from water intrusion, I wouldn't trust anything but Dicor. There are some places I save money, but not when it comes to avoiding the catastrophe of delamination, mold, and rotting of walls, floors and frames. Dicor has always worked for me. It lasts for many years, is easy to apply and is proven quality. I wouldn't take the chance to use a "cheaper" product in the hopes of saving a couple of bucks.
