This post is very discouraging for someone trying to sell their 2004 coach. Ours is a Newmar MountainAire gas with only 25,500 miles on it. We are the original owners, and have found it to be the best built coach we've ever owned. My husband has changed the oil every 3000 miles, engine and generator! We've had Fleetwoods and Coachmans, and there was just no comparison.......that being said, and not meaning to step on any toes here, our rig cost $156,000 new, and still books for $$65,000. I do think you get what you pay for, but wish now we had picked a less expensive coach! Ours has all new batteries, brand new tires, new serpentine belt and it's very hard to get $65,000 out of it now :-( .
