  • Here was my problem. I have a cable-in jack on the back of my RV. The coax connects to that fitting which is connected to the interior coax on the back side if the trim plate. The interior run of cable had wiggled loose from that little connector behind the trim plate. I'm ashamed of how much time I spent chasing a wild goose before I finally tried connecting cable from dome directly to receiver through door and found it worked fine. In any event, all is well that ends well. Thanks for those offering suggestions!

  • Is the Dome powered up?
You could also run the cable from the Dome directly to the Receiver at least temporarily. May be a little trouble to get to but that would eliminate the terminal confusion.
  • Thanks folks. It now appears that I have an issue with my Carryout dome. Found the right jacks with your help but still no signal coming from my dome. Thanks for your help!

  • Turn off the 12 VDC power, remove the 4 screws holding the plate on the left with the IN label and the Wingard connection next to it. Pull the connection boxes and see exactly how they are wired.
    Good luck.

  • Hook up the dome sat cable to the "in" jack.
Hook the cable from the lower jack to the TV.
Turn the TV on and see if it works.
    If not, reverse them.
  • Appears that the one marked "IN" is the incoming Sat feed & connects to your receiver.
