Who Repairs Quickee Digi Sync Slide out Arms?

My 2003 24' Minnie front slide out is broken. The motor turns but inside the arm is stripped. I pulled the entire arm off of the MH and there is a dangling metal ring around the worm gear that let the plastic bushing/gear slide in an out of the inner tube that the worm gear pushes in and out. I am in Louisiana and need to get this fixed to sell the MH as I just purchased a Class A. Any information would be much appreciated.
