Why does it seem that the RV salesmen of today look lik60's?

new to this, but do buy and sale. Is it just me,or do the salesmen of RV lots,new and used, seem like the 1960's siding salesmen? More so that car salesmen? I have a hard time getting an answer a...

Many of the salesmen you will talk to, never owned a RV and really don't know all the specifics. As a matter of fact, I have met RV owners that are clueless about their own units like size of holding tank, tire size, converter size and location just to name a few.
When I shop, I ask for a brochure and go to the manufactures web site. Just the way it is.
