We would be able to do it. Turn down your heat some at night. Do you have two furnaces? Turn the one out front way down and maybe leave the rear one a little warmer. Take an extra blanket. Also, you don't really need all three slides open. If you leave one of the front ones closed, it reduces the amount of space to heat and will probably reduce some heat loss.
They sell propane almost every where. Check out the gas stations, U-Haul, Camping World and most RV parks. You won't have problems finding it if you look around.
