Window Tint
I was wondering if there is anywhere to buy tint for my MH windshield. I am looking for static cling style that can be taken off and put on when desired. I would think that I need it to be around 28...

IF you could cover that much of your windshield, you'd be at an attention getting / pull me over level....an inch or two below the AS1 line is one thing, but covering 1/3 or more will surely get unwanted attn.
you might want to look into some of the HEAT & UV blocking / clear films - you could cover the entire windscreen with that (since it has minimal if any TINT).
