I like the idea that you can have some privacy, especially when you're sitting at the dinette, without having to close your blinds. You still get to look outside if there's a view, but have some sense of privacy. It's also good in colder weather because if we put insulation in windows, it can't been seen from the outside, which may look somewhat unsightly.
