Winnebago 7 Pin Connector

On our 2007 Winnebago Adventure I have no 12 volt power at the 7 pin connection. I called Winnebago and they told me to call Workhorse, after talking to Workhorse they inform me that they no longer have customer service and I should take it to a dealer.
What I am wanting to know if there is a fuse that needs to be added and if so where.
Thanks for any and all comments.

Are you talking "no power on any pin" or "no power on the charging pin"? If it's the latter it may be as simple as turning on the ignition switch.

Tried it with motor running. Turn signals and stop lights working but no power to the charging pin.
  • I can't remember stuff anymore and mine is a Ford...BUT, I think I had this problem awhile back and the solution (fuse location) was in the Ford book, not the Winnie book. I think there was one on the firewall on the inside (hard to get to) and/or (there may have been two) the firewall outside. Just a thought. Good luck.

Clearance lights work. Will look under the hood tomorrow.
