To each his own, I guess. The basement AC in the Winny's is easy to slide out and then any residential AC service guy can service it. No need to go to a high priced RV store for service. The only issue I've had with our (now 15 years old) AC is a failed thermostat. That would have shut off roof AC's also (unless they have multiple thermostats). In any event, I first called Winny and then the AC supplier as Winny recommended. A day later, I had a new thermostat--------free. And the MH was about 6 years old at the time.
