But, roof leaks afterwards when a sealant does not work proper.
On a stick built house, what do you have afterwards should the roof get a leak & rain water enter the house.
Say the leak was in an area you wouldnt notice until it was to late. What do you have then.
There are some mighty smart people out there, to con a bunch of folks to have 15 year asphalt shingles put on their roofs, only to go bad before that 15 years is up.
Our old farm house, has tin on its roof, that has been on since back in the early 40s & still serving its duty well.
As important as a roof is on an RV, there should be NO joints in it to ever become a leak from loosing a seal.
