My exact concern, what other sealants might be a bad batch or poor workmanship. These MH's have the roof attached with sealant also.
Do you have any idea what it takes to blow off a roof? Has it happened? Yes, during a west Texas windstorm.. Eternabond is not just a "fixit" tape, it's an ultra strong seam sealer WAY stronger and more flexible than Dicor unless there is a substantial pile across the length of the crack... And then it dries out...
IMO, you worry too much. There is not one manfacturer that doesn't have problems, including Fleetwood.

Actually on the Winnies it happens more than it should. It's really not hard to find examples of it.

As far as this goes, I'm saying kudos to Winnie for stepping up. The way the letter reads is this is an attempt to stop the sealant from becoming bad, not that it already is.
What I didn't like was how soon they're ending the program.
