I'd appreciate a recommendation for a Winnebago dealer located in the northeast. I live in NY but I am willing to travel a few hundred miles for a reliable dealership. I'm thinking about ordering a new Adventurer. Thanks for any advice!

Check out and consider Diamond RV in Hatfield, Massachusetts. They are a family business. Ive been a customer there about 6 years, always had good service, parts and decent deals. Not knowing where in NY you're at over here on the western end, Go to Wakley RV in North East Pa. They are about the only Winnebago Gold Star service center in the northeast. Also a small family run business where you might just be dealing with Ray Wakley the owner as one of the salesmen. Our 2 local Winnebago clubs (1 from Pa, and 1 for western NY) are sponsored by Ray and the 2nd weekend in April (this year) have a big "Show and Tell" of your rigs for prospective buyers, and he also has several RV maintenance classes that Saturday.

I believe Buffalo RV in West Seneca just started selling Winnies. Though I had some initial issues with them one of the co-owners, Mark Strolle stepped in and made sure I was a "happy" customer. Friend bought a Jayco trailer from them talking first at the Hershey Show then at a local show and dealt directly with Mark and he saved $1400 over the Hershey price.

Checked RV One's inventory and so far all they have are the Class "B" and "C"'s.

Tom Schaeffers RV in Shoemakersville, PA. A few miles south of the intersection of I-78 and Route 61, close to Cabela's.Family owned dealership, have been around a real long time, very, very good service department, and they have their own body shop.I have outgrown their offerings, but still purchase parts and have service work done there.
