They will have the roof inspected and try and determine what happened and if anybody else may be financially responsible. They will likely go ahead and fix the damage and then let their subrogation department work with the dealership's insurance company and figure out who is ultimately going to pay for what.
any extended warrenty I know of usually have a 30 day no claim period
