Winnebago manual says to inspect the roof joint every six months!!!!! It's very easy (except you have to get up there) If the caulking has separated, just remove it (a plastic putty knife works well). We have had 3 winnies for about 160,000 miles and have had to replace about 10 -12 feet of caulking over the years. THERE IS NO ISSUE IT'S SIMPLE MAINTENANCE!
