Winnebago Vista 26 slide lube

I've discovered that the slide mechanism, Lippert, needs to be lubricated. A utube video provided some information as to how to do it. There is a drive mechanism on top and bottom of the slide do both have to be lubed? I assume you do it from the inside and out side to get both gibbs?

    Be careful where you spray stuff on the bottom of your slides. In some cases the overspray can be dragged in to introduce itself to your interior flooring.

    I have just crawled under the slide and sprayed slide lube on anything that looked like it could and should move.
