I also had a similar heater, but it only works if it's really close to where you are sleeping. And you also run the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, especially in a highly sealed MH. Better just to add some batts.
I never use it while sleeping, I heard too many bad story. While sleeping, I use a 110 volt heating pad with an inverter, it uses very little energy. I have the RV heating at around 50 to keep things from freezing.
