Thank you to everyone who responded.
One reason I would prefer not to use anti freeze is that I most likely will be winterizing more than once this season. on our first trip out with this motor home the water tasted terrible. I blamed the campground, but it must have been anti freeze in the lines LOL.
So I have decided to try this:
Drain tank, drain water heater, drain through low point drains. Then blow out lines using compressor and air tank. of course fill traps with anti freeze.

And yes it is scary to have 3 retired engineers just on this thread LOL
